February Food Vouchers

We are honored to have a part in providing vital services to our community, and we are grateful that community members quickly secured orders for the February Food Voucher distribution. John and I will be at the library in Grantsville on Feb 21st to greet community members and fulfill orders from noon to 5:30 p.m.

The February Food Vouchers ran out of stock the same day we created the event on the website, demonstrating the need for food resources. We recognize this is one small contribution toward combating food and nutrition insecurity in Garrett County. Our commitment to serve our community remains steadfast. 

For those still in need, our friends from the Western Maryland Food Council put together a brochure of food resources. We digitized that brochure and added geospatial maps so that community members could have increased access to resources on their mobile and other devices.
