We’ve been moving together on GoGarrettCounty.com for five years! Our wellness journey has taken us so many places. We’ve prepared locally grown food on front porches at Backbone Food Farm and Ma & Pa’s Country Store! We’ve had so much fun learning from Chef and the culinary students who now span multiple graduating classes. We also take farmers’ market tours that show us what kind of homegrown goodness is available. 

We’ve issued free park passes so local families can enjoy recreation. We’ve stretched with gentle beginner yoga, played pickleball, experienced guided hikes, paddleboarded and kayaked, and taken on step challenges that have given us new opportunities to be physically active and make social connections that have blossomed into supportive friendships!  

You’ve helped us create a space where well-being is celebrated and encouraged as we work together to do life a little better today than we did yesterday. The feedback you provide shapes our programs and has an impact on the ability for us to continue to secure competitive grant funding to improve our chronic disease outcomes.
