Movement for Every Body!

Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned mover, this is a time for joyful exploration, connection, and feeling good in the skin you’re in.

Join us for a series of free movement classes at the Kitzmiller School Building, located at 288 West Main Street, Kitzmiller, Maryland 21538.

Incorporating hand-weights, chairs, and tennis balls into the practice, these movement classes are low-impact and are designed to celebrate movement in all its forms!
Classes offer variations and modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Movement Classes are held Thursday Evenings, February 5th, 12th, & 19th from 4:45 PM- 5:30 PM at the Kitzmiller School Building, 288 West Main Street, Kitzmiller, Maryland 21538.

* Classes Are Free and Open to Anyone (Children Must Be Supervised by an Adult)
